  • Support form (Contact Form 7): name, email, subject, message.
  • Optional uploads: up to two screenshots (JPG/PNG/GIF/WEBP).

Technical data (automatic)

  • Standard server logs from our host (IONOS) and security tools, which may include IP address, timestamps, user-agent, pages visited, and basic diagnostic info.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile runs on the support form to help block spam; it may process limited device and browser signals to determine whether a request is legitimate. We do not receive your precise location from Turnstile.

What we do not collect

  • No user accounts or profiles on this site.
  • No advertising trackers, ad networks, or behavioral ads.

How we use your information

  • Support only: to read and reply to your message, troubleshoot issues, and improve product quality.
  • Site reliability and security: to operate the site, block spam/abuse, and diagnose outages.

Retention

  • Support emails and form submissions are kept only as long as necessary to handle your request and keep service records.
  • File uploads attached to support requests are retained only for troubleshooting and then removed.
  • Server/security logs are kept for a limited period per provider defaults and rotate automatically.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share only with service providers that help us run the site:

  • IONOS (hosting) — website and log storage.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile — spam and bot protection.
  • WordPress & plugins (e.g., Contact Form 7) — site functionality.

These providers process data on our instructions and under their own privacy terms.

We use only essential cookies required by WordPress, our theme, and Turnstile. No advertising cookies.

You can request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted. Email support@sumpterstudios.com from the address you used, and include any details that help us locate your request.

Children’s privacy

This site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we’ll remove it.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
